Outpatient Mental Health Services for Adults
Getting treatment for a mental illness can seem daunting, but we aim to make that decision easier for you or your loved one, no matter what mental health disorder that you may be facing. Granite Hills provides outpatient services for adults 18 and older who are in need of mental health treatment, but do not require an overnight stay at our facility.
Designed to be supportive and centered around each person’s unique journey to better mental health, our outpatient mental health treatment program challenges individuals to think about things from a different perspective and to change reductive patterns.
Our Partial Hospitalization Treatment Schedule
- 3-6 weeks in duration
- 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday
- Group-based programming with four groups per day
- Medication Management while in program
- Support with discharge planning and obtaining individual outpatient providers
Please note this is a group-based program with no individual therapy sessions.

Outpatient mental and behavioral health services are not one-size-fits all, and your treatment services shouldn’t be either. Our mental health treatment team at Granite Hills will develop a treatment plan specific for your needs.
Located a few miles west of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Granite Hills Hospital offers both inpatient and outpatient programs for adults who are struggling with a mental health disorder. The inpatient program provides around-the-clock psychiatric treatment at our facility.
