Outpatient Mental Health Services for Adults
Getting treatment for a mental health condition can be daunting, but we aim to make that decision easier for you or your loved one, no matter what mental health disorder that you may be facing.
Our outpatient treatment team is prepared to treat a wide-variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to:

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Coming somewhere new can be difficult, but the time spent in the program is meant to help you or your loved one feel safe and secure. It will also teach new ways of expressing feelings and identifying coping skills. Our mission is to ensure patients feel safe, respected and valued. It is our belief that a holistic approach engages the body, mind and spirit.
As a trauma-informed care provider, we are dedicated to one’s physical and emotional recovery. This general information is provided to help ease the transition into our programs so that you and your loved ones may focus on the road to continued wellness.
Partial Hospitalization Program Details
Granite Hills Hospital’s adult partial hospitalization program offers behavioral healthcare to adults stable enough to live at home during treatment or those in transition from an inpatient program. Our holistic, trauma-informed approach is designed to teach patients healthy ways to cope and express their feelings.
Primarily group-based, the program incorporates multidisciplinary treatment and medication management to address issues such as anxiety, depression and stress. Every patient receives an individualized care plan based on an assessment of their unique needs. Adult PHP takes place Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided.
Program Features
Patients will participate in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Expressive therapies to learn methods to manage emotion safely, healthy communication, and skills to manage life stressors.

Located a few miles west of Milwaulke, Wisconsin, Granite Hills Hospital offers both inpatient and outpatient programs for adults who are struggling with a mental health disorder. The inpatient program provides around-the-clock psychiatric treatment at our facility.
