Daniel Gell, RN, BSN, MS is Granite Hill Hospital’s new Chief Executive Officer. Dan has over 24 years in healthcare with the last 10 years being in an executive leadership position. Dan is an operations improvement catalyst recognized for launching new healthcare programs and initiatives that focus on improving the way care is delivered to patients. He is a trusted leader who leverages his organizational development background to elevate team performance, drive change in organizations, and develop service lines that support the healthcare needs of local communities.

Kristine Kim, Psy.D.

Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Kristine Kim, Psy.D. is Granite Hills Hospital’s new Chief Clinical Officer (CCO). Dr. Kim has direct clinical experience as a therapist and over 20 years providing patient care, clinical supervision, training, and program development in an acute care, behavioral health setting. Dr. Kim is well-known in the local behavioral health community for her clinical expertise and administrative excellence. Dr. Kim has created innovative programming in acute behavioral health settings with exceptional outcomes.

Dr. Oluwatoyin Oladeji has been named Medical Director of Granite Hills Hospital, “My journey is one of dedication, excellence, and unwavering commitment to mental health,” states Dr. Oladeji.

A proud graduate of the renowned University of Ibadan, the most prestigious medical school in Africa, Dr. Oladeji earned her degree in 2005. She then honed her skills across various clinical roles and led a hospital in Nigeria’s vibrant capital, Abuja. She completed her psychiatry residency at One Brooklyn Health in the United States.

Her career is marked by a profound dedication to altering the trajectory of patients grappling with mental illness.  Her work is enriched by numerous coauthored research papers that contribute significantly to the field.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Oladeji finds joy in cooking, exploring new destinations, and cherishing time with her family.

Allison Ward, M.S.W, LCSW

Director of Admissions

Allison Ward, M.S.W, LCSW is the Director of Admissions at Granite Hills Hospital. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Allison brings extensive experience in direct patient care and a deep commitment to ensuring individuals receive the support they need during critical moments. With a strong foundation in social work, she is dedicated to providing excellent patient care, streamlining the admission process, and advocating for mental health accessibility. Passionate about improving patient outcomes, Allison strives to create a compassionate and beneficial experience for those seeking treatment while upholding the highest standards of care.

Shaina Lessen

Director of Human Resources

Shaina Lessen joins Granite Hills Hospital as the Director of Human Resources with 9 years of progressive human resources experience across healthcare, laboratory services, and biopharmaceutical organizations. Shaina has a passion for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and strengthening the workplace engagement and developing internal talent. A 2013 graduate of Eureka College in Eureka Illinois, the communication major looks to bring an increase in communication, collaboration, and inclusivity to the organization.
